My terrarium soil has sprouted a couple of small mushrooms. Is this the sign of a thriving ecosystem, or should I be concerned about toxicity? I've got 2 Christmas toads in there, and it's a terrestrial setup. Some large, smooth rocks, a vine, some fake plants, moss, and cork bark. The mushrooms just sprouted, no adverse effects yet. Should I give the tank an overhaul?
