:excuse me? what does anyway mean to you? it is not important if you have a filter or not. the water needs changing. water quality is the biggest problem for pets except for maybe incorrect temp. I would bet your frogs have or will have problems.
Some of you seem to think that bacteria just floats around and doens't get broken down, eh? Well, if you have a good filtration system and don't have too many toads it is not necessary for you to be changing the water every other day. Bacteria does and waste do not build up over the course of 2 days to a point that would be harmful to the frogs.
