My Horned frog died

He had not been eating for a week or so, and had shed twice in a fairly short amount of time (see the topic "another stupid Question") I knew something wasn’t right, so I made a vet appointment for today, but he died last night. I don’t think it was red-leg, because there is no reddish color to his belly or legs. I'm not sure what happened. Any Ideas? The pet store that I bought him from was keeping him in gravel. When I first got him he pooped out some. Is it possible that some may have still been in him and caused an impaction? I had him for a month and a half. Thanks for any ideas. –Bryan
