I was thinking bout using a feeding dish... anyone know of any good dishes or contraptions that I can use so that the food doesnt crawl out?
I know for crickets I should just pinch the legs...

:I used sand origanly. I have heard of many people useing it just find. But I could not keep the humidity up with it and had to switch to the bark. You could get something like a cat litter pan and use it as a feeding dish. That works great for me.
