Frilled Diet.....Need feedback thanks!!

Hello all, I have had my frilled for about 8 months now and he has eaten crix up to 35 a day and then stopped so I fed him Super worms he ate tons of those and some crix then he wouldnt eat anything for like 5 days so I got him a pinkie and he ate that with no problem, then the next day he ate 2 more pinkies and like 5 crix, Now I read that it is not healthy to feed them pinkies all of the time but when he refuses the worms or crix what should I feed him? any help is appreciated Thanks, Steve
