yes yes, definitely soak it and spray a lot. it is probably dehydrated. most imports at pet stores are dehydrated. try to get it eating on anything--crickets, worms, anything. then you may have to administer meds for parasites. also look for mites. try not to handle it until it settles in and is eating well.

:First, if you but animals from a pet store that does not take good care of there animals you are just paying to have another take its place.
:Second, how old is it? I have been told that if it is a baby not to feed it pinkies. If you need to fatten it up try wax worms.
:Third, make sure to mist it twice a day until it stops drinking and also soak it once a day. From what I have been told they really need the water to surrive.
