Hi!
I'm kinda new to this forum. I have been a licensed vet. technician and thought I'd offer a few comments. Although I haven't seen this condition in practice, I checked my reptile medicine and surgery text.... it appears that antibiotic therapy is fine if it is a necrotizing dermatitis, however, if your vet thinks that it is avascular necrosis, intravascular helminths and/or fungal organisms that produce toxins should be considered as a possible cause to the problem, so, these organisms would require more than just antibiotic therapy. Good luck, hope your frillie gets better.
