Here's a suggestion for those folks, instead of giving your money to pay fines try hiring a lobbyist to change the laws. Don't blame law enforcement for the lawmakers bad.

If you can get put together a group like Ducks Unlimited you can buy your very own biologist to say what you want and testify in your behalf. Did you know that many conservation groups actually pay the salaries of state biologist and wardens? Imagine tobacco companies having access to the Dept of Public Health.
