If my memory is correct--- the state of NJ finds it a crime to even impede the natural movement of herps/ wildlife. As in you wiggle your feet to get a hognose snake to puff up for a pic. I don't know if anyone has been prostituted ( bent over) for causing a herp " extreme stress" but to me -- that whole notion of "hands off and don't breathe the air" is way out of whack!! Be careful
