I live 30 min. east of amarillo. I have herped for the past three years, i have experenced many many snakes in this time. i herp in Texas and Eastern New Mexico. Although ive never herped around amarillo. I too am only a young pup (17) but i would be willing to try and help u with any questions u have about herping our little slice of heaven.
