are there zonata in the sierras east of the kern canyon? i really wish that CA had a good field guide like the one from NM that shows (at least) all museum records for the state with little dots - then i wouldn't have to bug you guys about it.

oh, i guess i have 2 questions -

would you care to comment about about the possibility of mt kings (i.e. possible pyros) in the white range, inyo mts, etc?
