roaches breeders, i have a few questions.......

ok, i've decided to go ahead and breed roaches to feeders. i'm going to breed hissers and lobsters. all my questions apply to both kinds.
#1 how many females can 1 male "handle"?
#2 do they lay eggs or birth live babys?
#3 how many babys do they have per pregnancy?
#4 how often to they give birth?
#5 do the babys need to stay with there mother or can they be transfered to another tank after being born?
#6 what do you feed them to gut load them and make them nutritous?
