Feeder rats

I have bred mice before, and know all the basics, but what IYO (IMO but your not my) is the bees breed of rats to breed? ie. siamese, fancy, ect... Not worried about price, just wondering if there is a difference. Also what is the best feeder feeder (rat food). Oh, just to let you know they will be fed to ball pythons. Thanks in advance
