It is really quite easy to tell the sex on rats. take the litter out and look at each rats genitals. after comparing them a few times. you should notice that the males have a much bigger gap between thier anus and the little knoby thing (sorry don't know its name). on males i've also noticed that that males have little kidney bean looking things under the skin, between the anus and knoby thing.
