The left shoe of a pair of shoes I stopped wearing five years ago. My first Ball escaped three times. All three times I found him in that shoe. I sold him and four years later bought my current Ball. He has escaped once and gues where I found him? In the damn shoe I didn't even know I still had. My Corn and Pacific Gopher are still MIA.

: My snake hunts have resulted in popped waterbeds, all night flashlight searches, etc... and usually i'll just wake up some nite with a blinding flash of the obvious and walk right to where the snake is. Those major hunts only work if you catch it real quick... i think if they've had a whole nite to prowl they find a really good hiding spot. gotta love em.
