Man eaten by SNAKE?

I got email with these picture and want to know if it is possible that the man was eaten by the snake. From the shape of the snake's stomach, it does not seem that a man's body could bend that way. I don't see sign of where his arms, legs, and head could have been positioned in the snake?

Please provide some insight.
