i have 4 different plants in my terrarium: ficus, parlor palm, air plants and variegated petite schefflera (schefflera arboricola). of them, the schefflera is not holding up as well as the others, however, i consulted several different sources and they are all reptile-safe. the hardiest is the palm. at bedtime, my dragon likes to sleep on top of it, and the temps/humidity isn't apparently harming the plant much at all.
i'm posting a pic of his cage. he's still a hatchling, so he still lives in a 50 gal tank.
