questions on outdoor cages

i was wondering if i made and out door cage out of wood and screen if it would be a good idea for my dragons to go in it for about an hour on warm days. i took my girl tethys outside after supper today and when i brought her back inside all she wanted to do was hide.she was very stressed probably abit overwelmed.but making an outdoor cage be a good idea when the weather is in the mid 20's in Celsius (im in Canada by the way) p.s. is it normal for tethys to be stressed like this.
