I didn't know if it was dead. I couldn't see its face. I should have said something to the guy, but I didn't. A lot of them weren't moving, so why would another one that wasn't moving cause any alarm? It just looked strange, the way its hind legs were posistioned and its shell looked different then the other ones.

I should have spoke up but I didn't. Not sure why, but I didn't.
