Regarding smaller lizards/Cyclura freaking out in tanks when you go to pick them up...a lot of the animals come from above - Hawks, Eagles etc they are very skittish when then see your hand coming from the top of the tank. For bigger enclosures the always suggest to come in from the front with a smooth deliberate movement and scoop rather than pick from behind the animal. A lot of times if you can do this you will notice they take to it much better then the Eagle like huge hand coming from above.

::I am suprised he is acting up again, He calmed down enough to go outside on my shoulder while I had him. Give him time it only took me 2 weeks to calm him down. He is always a little crazy when picked up from his cage though.

:::Just bought Rocky from a women in Florida. He's a little high strung right now but I'm hoping he's gonna calm down. I put him in a small tank next to my computer so he can get used to me. Anyway, just thought I'd share the photo with everyone.
