:Hard to say if it is Cyclura nubila Lewisi or Cyclura nubila nubila, are so closely related that color is not always a solid indicator. Also consider that an animal kept under artificial lights on a domestic diet is going to look different than when it was in the wild.
DNA samples have been done at Texas A&M. A blood sample is usually taken by a vet and mailed in. I hav heard that then it sits for awhile until they are ready to do a batch. Test is usually not done for just one IG. I don't know if they still do or who to contact. Good luck.
