Is this lewisi hybred or kuban iguana ?

Hi,
I saw this female at a breeder, but he is not sure if it is a lewisi hybrid or not. He could not make DNA test, because in europe there are no institution that have experinece with these species.
Can he send a DNA sample to U.S.? Does anybody has the address, where he can make the DNA test?
