Hey Brendan,

I think you are on the right track as far as a heat lamp and peroxide, but that looks advanced enough that I think you need to check with a vet. I have always used Mike Kiedrowsky at Mt. View down there in Phx. But he doesn't actually see crotalids. But he might prescribe some baytril or amacasin after seeing the pic for you to administer yourself. I'm sure it would be "at your own risk". I don't knwo if any other vets down there will see crotes, but i would check around.
