Its a bit odd.
Also for you guys thinking that tigers and speckleds do not cross, they can and do. If fact lots of different species of rattlesnakes have crossed in nature. Its fairly common, but I imagine like all offspring, most do not survive. Also, if they do survive, they are absorbed back into the population quickly.
