Male corn refusing to eat

Recently acquired really tame adult corn that accepted a f/t adult mouse 10 days ago. But he has refused same when offered on two occasions since. Questioning why. Do I continue to offer f/t until he accepts? Or after 2-3 weeks do I go and get a live and offer either alive or p/k? Need some advice and will appreciate any offers of assistance. Thanks.
