:I used to look down my nose at the "freakish" goldfish, with multifins and bugeyes, in petshops. My feeling was "throw those in a pond with other wild fish and they'd never survive."

:It was a long time later when I realized, "duh, they are domestic fish." :)

:I still think they're ugly as sin, though. ;-)
