He is 3 feet long...is it okay to feed him adult mice now. I fed him one last week but...it took him a good bit of time to get it down. I was worried he wouldn't be able to but he did finally. And he pooed fine-alot but normal.

It's so weird when they stretch so far that their scales are like tiny dots floating on a big ocean of plain old skin. Amazing what they can put down, eh? :)

Usually the first "next step up" food item is the only one that seems to slow them down at all. If he took the last one ok, it shouldn't be a problem.

Heh, 2-3 more meals like that and you'll be wondering why that first one took him so long. ;-)
