I used to have two females that had that problem each year. I found that patience worked for me. I would feed them small meals and in about a month or two the eggs would move down to the vent where I was able to message it(them)out. When it was time to message them out (when the egg was near the vent) I would keep constant pressure but not enough to move the egg. Once you apply the pressue you just sit and wait. It may take anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes but the would eventually move out.
