Take her to the vet... if the egg is near enough to the vent, or it's loose enough, the vet may be able to insert a lubricated probe of some sort up the vent and loosen the egg enough for it to pass. Make sure you take her to a qualified reptile vet. At the very least, the vet'll be able to determine whether surgery is necessary or not.
