:I kept my male in a plastic shoebox for about 3 weeks and he was VERY ready to get out anytime I opened the lid. He seemed stressed but has eaten 12 crawlers in 4 days so I'm thinking its not all THAT bad.
Maybe that's a term for mice I'm unfamiliar with, but that's the herp keepers name for nightcrawlers (BIG worms) in the turtle/salamandar/frog world. Yeah, I keep all but my biggest breeders in blanketboxes. The HUGE ones (old Okeetees and grown black milks) I put in big ol' Rubbermaid #3308 bins.
