The morph library helps out on that, although it's getting out of date. Additions are:
Charcoal + Hypo is known as both "Phantom" and "Charcoal Ghost"
Amel + Lavender is known as "Opal"
"Sunglow" can be the result of Amel + Hypo, or just selectively bred Amels. (This depends on the breeder who produced them, and their methods)
"Pastel" (Motley or ghost) is a big mess, and it depends on who you ask. ;-)
With motley, striped, or zigzag variations on colors, just tack "Motley" or "Striped" or "Zigzag" at the beginning or end:
Motley Snow,
Caramel Motley,
Butter Striped,
Striped Butter,
Zigzag Okeetee. :)
More names crop up every year for new combinations. As you can see at the bottom of the page, there are a bunch yet to be explored. :)
