Again, no data suggests that an enclosure < 20 gal. affects color.
Feel free to perform a series of carefully controlled experimantal demonstations of this cubic inch vs. pigment postulate, as should it turn out to be repeatable by others, I will happily admit I was wrong in disparaging it. Save this post and prove me an idiot. At your service, sir.
I live out in the boonies by an out of the way road which passes our farm. We constantly get unwanted pets washing up on our porch; All of the boobs who dump them have an elaborate rationale worked out internally, which justifies "releasing" them. It always makes me rant.
