Weird thing with his body functions

i was watching him today. When some watery slime came out of his backside then 2 little wiggly red things poked out for a little bit. Then they went back in and he kind of wiped his crotch area on his branch. Is this normal for a juv. male jackson's or some kind of problem that needs attention?
