crix dying

hey all :) quick question: we use fluker's cricket feed and calcium quencher cubes, offer apple and orange slices, and generally try to make our crix as happy as possible. why are they dying? we're losing about half of them in a few days' time -- any advice would be greatly appreciated. happy chamming!
