White speck by nose opening- ideas?

My young veil seems to have a deposit (pinhead size) by his nostrals. They do not seem to be anything of concern although he has seems a bit more listless the past couple of days than the other chameleons I keep. I feed a variety of foods and dust and maintain the correct lighting (per other posts. Anyone with ideas? Thanks in advance. Wally
