I don't think you need both unless you have a cham who has never licked water off leaves. Some species don't tend to such as melleri (mine preferred me standing on a stepstool spraying the exact temp water on their little faces in person for 20 minutes each LOL!). Chances are the cham will learn quite quickly to drink when the misting system cycles. The system will humidify, provide drinking water, water your plants, and cool the cage all at once.
