You should look at a few of the really good established cham sites already out there. The site owners have been down this road many times. www.chameleonjournals.com, www.adcham.com, www.chameleonnews.com, CCIC, www.calumma.com. They can give you ideas, lots of examples, and you could even get ideas as to what type of coordination and upkeep they require to be most useful. An idea to consider: would it be best to keep the most timely info in a central easy to find location rather than spreading it thinner? Just a thought, in these days of millions of websites. Actually, what may be needed more is a carefully updated and maintained index of high quality cham sites instead. We all get frustrated by searches that turn up all those stagnant, broken linked, mostly empty sites claiming to be the best. You can do whatever you like of course, and more power to you.
