ummmm....WHAT is he doing to my arm?????

While I was holding Zoe tonight to give him meds...he climbed up my arm, stopped at my forearm...and no lie...he started GRINDING on my arm!!!!
It was quite distressing for me...and I feel so violated!!
My daughter thought it was hysterical...and proceeded to make jokes about "Lizard Loooooove"
Is it the pink shirt I'm wearing? Is he marking his territory...what is he doing???
