I think you'll find one of each lamp won't provide enough light for the lower parts of the cage. The cham may not use these areas which limits his roaming space, the plants may not do as well either. I often put one ReptiSun across the top and another one vertically down one screen side. Then your basking spot on top as usual. You could also place the cage by a large window for more ambient light (assuming it would not cook in summer or freeze in winter). Before using a very high wattage spot, measure the temp you need right at the basking perch. If it still reaches the right temp there, it will work. If you try a really high wattage light there's always the risk of a thermal burn.
