If the orchid house is densely planted with lots of visual barriers, multiple basking spots, and refuges maybe, but most likely the male veiled will harrass the female Senegal sometimes. If his orchid house is very organized and open I would not do it. Both species are very territorial and aggressive. He could try it, but should be ready to keep a close eye on them and remove the female if she doesn't thrive. He'll have to house her separately at that point, so why not do that from the start? He could build her a screen enclosure in the house, but would have to keep the veiled from being able to see her or he will just perch nearby and display to her. Stressful for both.
