I have a friend with a large, adult veiled chameleon that lives in his orchid house which is roughly 12' X 6' X 10'. It is an outdoor screened in orchid house. The chameleon is thriving and doing well.
Recently he has come across the opportunity to acquire a female Senegal. From what I have come to understand, chameleons are very territorial and cannot be within eye sight unless it is the breeding season. My friend plans on putting the Senegal in with the veiled. My thinking is the veiled will attack the senegal and have expressed this to my buddy.
The help I need is to find an alternative (preferably experienced) source to confirm or deny my suspicion.
All your help is appreciated!
