That's just webbing/silk, not to worry. I don't use the sweater box cover I just loosely put a piece of wax paper over them to help seal in some of the moisture. If you seal it too tight you will get mold. If they have plenty of moist food they won't wander off anyway. If you see them wandering off then they are out of palatable food.
