The first thing I wanted to say in response to your post is....if this guy is your friend you two should be able to mutually agree on a fair price without either feeling like they got ripped.

I purchased my pair of well started 2002s for 200 shipped. I figure shipping cost 30$ for overnight airborne express so that puts the pair @ 170. For breedable adults, I would price them at 400-600 $ depending on their age, if they are proven, and how bad I wanted to sell them. You've got to figure a breeding pair is capable of producing 8-10 babies @50-70$ each.....that puts you in your first year of owning them with a 400$ to 700$ earning potential...not bad!

If you are not interested in paying that price refer your friend to me, I may be.
