Applegate San Diego albino Gopher snakes

Does anyone know what 1.1 adult Applegat albino gopher snakes should sell for? A friend of mine has the most beautiful 4 yr. old adult pair of these and wants to sell them. He i scatually getting out of the hobby completely and I have purchased several animals from him. They are proven breeders, last year, and are just out of control awesome. I can't find anyone selling them and I want to be sure I don't get burned on them, and I also want to be fair to my friend. Also, does anyone know where I can find a care sheet. Thanks
