snake for a 10 gal. eats crickets

Does anyone have any species of snake that eats like only crickets and insects. I don't think that i could stand to see a poor little defensless baby mouse get eaten. Well, I guess i'll have to deal with the crickes and such getting eaten, I don't think that anyone has succesfully kept a vegitarian snake. HAHAHA! So does anyone know of a snake that
~eats crickets of somethin like that
~can be kept in a tank around 10 gal.
~can be held without getting bit -> ouch! ;0
