Sounds like you got a great setup, and that you had really read up on them, which most people don't. But sounds like the temps are a little low, try jacking the warm end up to 80-85 degs and the cool end 75 degs. You can do this by just moving the cage to a warmer spot and let the UTH raise the air that much more. But I would give him a week to settle in and get over stress, and I let me snakes go for about 2 days before handling after the have eaten. Well keep us post on how he does, and good luck with your new snake!!
