Rhubarb

it mentions oxalic acid problems here but doesn't think that is the culprit in many of the poisonings as there is little present in the stalks (much higher in the leaves) I had once been told that rhubarb contained some chemical which acted as an abortificient but i cannot find support for that idea now.
