Need a little help.

My dumerils has had perfect sheds for the two years I've had her up until today. The eye caps and tail came off fine but there is skin still stuck on the tip of her nose. I looks like it would come right off but after further inspection its really stuck on there tight. It also looks like she may have had another piece stuck there because there appears to be an open wound on the very tip of her nose and might even be a scale missing. I'm not too sure what I should do besides let her get it off herself. Should I put something on it?
