You could probably get a nice little normal phase for about $10. I just sold a normal het for patternless for that price. NO hotrocks, unless you want to severely injure your herp. For leopard geckos, you can feed them mealworms and use paper towels, carpet, or newspaper for sunstrate. They don't need UV and they get around 8-10 inches. Hot spots of about 86-88 is good. You could use a heat lamp and a regular bulb. They need at least two hides, one of them a humid hide. Um, I'm getting really detailed here, so I'll stop.
