You would need a pretty good sized tank for 7 anoles, like at least a 30 gallon. They are arboreal, and live to climb, so you'd want plenty of driftwood, plants and vines for them to climb on. You'd need a good uvb fluorescent light like a Reptisun 5.0 and an incandescent basking light like a 40-60W light bulb in a silver dome fixture. I would recommend a medium-mesh screen top to let more of the UV in (fine screen tops filter out too much of it). I love the type of screen tops which have a door in them or a hinge along the whole length, as it's so much easier to feed the lizards that way.

You will have to mist the leaves in the tank a couple times/day because anoles like to lick up their water in droplets, and maybe keep a bowl in there to keep up the humidity (make sure you put stones in it to allow crickets to get out, so they don't drown and foul the water). You should use a substrate like ESU Jungle Mix lizard litter, which has loamy components and chopped orchid bark to hold in humidity. Make sure you gut-load your small crickets before adding them, and to dust the crickets a couple times/week with a good calcium powder supplement. Anoles also enjoy waxworms.

Good luck!
